- Uninstall current version (and all previous versions) of your Mobile Maps and McGuider software from your phone.
- Backup the content of your SD card by copying it to your computer.
- Delete the content of your SD card.
- Perform installation from DVD to your SD card, in order to reset it to factory defaults.
- Copy the file Maps\license.txt from your backup to SD card to the same location.
- Try to run the software again.
