Please contact Sygic Support Team and provide information about:
- Software version and device code, which can be found in the application following steps: Main Menu -> Settings -> About Sygic.
- Product code, that can be found inside the package / was recieved by activation e-mail.
- Your device manufacturer and model; If you have purchased your device from mobile operator, please include this information as well.
In case of error message "license has expired", please check time/date and time zone settings, if they are set correctly.
