Please check how much free space you have on your iPhone. You should have at least twice as much free space as is the application size. The application size is displayed in App Store. There are cases when even more free space is required.

Don't worry, so much free space is required only during installation of the application. Once installed successfully, you can fill your iPhone as much as you wish to.
