If your request for support or request for refund was received by us within 30 days of your original purchase date, you used or attempted to use the application for its intended purpose and we have been unable to resolve your request within 10 business days of receipt of your request, then we may (in our sole discretion), issue you a refund for the full product purchase price if you experienced one or more of the following issues:

The software was not delivered.

A working registration key was not delivered.

The software download failed.

The software is not compatible with the device.

The software would not install on the device.

Sygic fails to provide support within the timeframe of 10 business days.

The software has been proven defective by Sygic.

Sygic has billed your account in error.
We are sorry, but we are unable to provide refunds, if:

Software that is no longer compatible with your device due to a device replacement. Note: Sygic is not responsible for refunding previously purchased software or replacing with compatible versions for any replacement or new device you have obtained.

Promotion code discounts not entered during the purchase process.

Application purchases occurring more than 30 days prior to Sygic Support's receipt of your initial request regarding the application.
In a few jurisdictions, certain terms of this Refund Policy may not be applicable. In such instances, Sygic reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy as necessary to comply with applicable laws and/or regulations.
