Splash screen customization

Create 3 8-bit windows bitmaps:

1.bmp for landscape mode (320 x 240 pixels) and rename it to 1.dat

2.bmp for portrait mode (240 x 320 pixels) and rename it to 2.dat

3.bmp for square mode (240x240 pixels) and rename it to 3.dat

Copy them to this folder:

	[Skin]
		[Fonts]
		[Maps]
		[Others]
			[Your_company]
				1.dat
				2.dat
				3.dat

Edit file Settings.ini and edit the following line:

;splash=_Your_Splash 

and change it to

splash=Your_company
